You’ve finally reached the halfway of this plan. Come the fourth day of your diet, you will surely feel full since you have the luxury of eating up to 8 bananas combined with skimmed milk and large amount of cabbage soup. You can actually combine bananas and skimmed milk to come up with a banana shake for a refreshing drink.

Day 5

You can rejoice come the fifth day because you can add food with a bit more essence to your meal. You can now combine protein rich food like beef and at least six tomatoes to your diet. Make sure though that you drink 6-8 glasses of water cause failing to do so will ignite uric acid in your body.

Day 6

Day six gives you a lee way to eat more protein rich food like chicken and beef except potatoes. Don’t forget to include leafy green vegetables for a more healthy diet. You can consume unlimited amount of cabbage soup as well.

Day 7

Congratulation, you have successfully reached the end of the diet plan. At the end of your cabbage soup program, you can have the soup with brown rice, sugar-free fruit juices and vegetables. Keep in mind that you also need to consume plenty of water for maximum benefit.
